We work with your best interests in mind. This means we may recommend and work directly with a variety of trusted travel partners based on what is best for your specific trip. Depending on the destination and experience, this may include working directly with tour owners, vacation rental owners, farmhouses, local specialists, private guides, and other destination experts rather than limiting your options to traditional suppliers.

Our goal is to find the right experience, the right fit, and the best overall value for your family.

Planning fees may be waived or reduced when booking through select preferred suppliers, depending on the trip and services selected.

For groups of up to 12 guests, our planning is billed hourly based on the level of service and coordination your trip requires.

Planning & Coordination $70/hour

White-Glove Concierge Service $100/hour

For travelers looking for a truly elevated, hands-off experience, our White-Glove Concierge Service provides an additional level of personalized planning and support.

Services may include:

• Private chefs or chefs on location

• Restaurant and dinner reservations

• Private chauffeurs and transportation

• Private tours and activities

• Special arrangements and celebrations

• Detailed itinerary management

• Personalized trip coordination

• GTS availability and concierge support throughout the planning process

Our goal is simple: you enjoy the trip while we handle the details.

We will provide recommendations and resources regarding passport and visa requirements when applicable. It is ultimately the client's responsibility to ensure all required travel documents, passports, visas, and entry requirements are obtained and valid for travel.
